Choose an existing archive and a compatible output container. Fluxed reads its directory, extracts entries in browser memory and writes the selected target format. The libarchive WebAssembly runtime is lazy-loaded only for this tool and cached for later offline use. Repackaging is useful when a recipient cannot open 7Z or RAR, when a build system expects TAR, or when ZIP offers the broadest compatibility. Password-protected or uncommon archive variants may not be writable even when they can be read. Large archives need enough free memory for both source and output, so process them individually on lower-memory devices. No archive, filename list or extracted document is intentionally transmitted to Fluxed.
Traditional cloud converters upload a file to a remote system before processing it. Fluxed instead uses browser APIs, Web Workers and WebAssembly (WASM) inside the browser sandbox. Your operating system gives the page access only to files you explicitly select, and the conversion output is created locally. There is no account, analytics script or tracking cookie. After the required app assets have been cached, supported workflows can also run offline.
