Conversion libraries are loaded only when their particular document operation is requested, which keeps unrelated Fluxed pages smaller. Complex Word layouts, embedded objects, fonts, tracked changes and macros do not always translate perfectly between formats, so review the downloaded result before distribution. The browser sandbox limits file access to documents you explicitly select, and the generated result is assembled locally. For separate page-level PDF operations such as merging or image export, continue with Fluxed’s PDF converter.
Traditional cloud converters upload a file to a remote system before processing it. Fluxed instead uses browser APIs, Web Workers and WebAssembly (WASM) inside the browser sandbox. Your operating system gives the page access only to files you explicitly select, and the conversion output is created locally. There is no account, analytics script or tracking cookie. After the required app assets have been cached, supported workflows can also run offline.
